All efforts will be made to retrieve any lost data on hard disks, thumb drives, media cards, or any other type of storage medium using the current JESJPH methods. In the event that all of the data requested cannot be retrieved you may not be charged the full price of the service, this is dependent on the amount of data that can be succesfully retrieved.
